The Customer First Team will be your advocate and representative within the Eclipse organization for the entire customer experience. From the first reporting of a customer case through resolution and closure of each instance of a customer interaction, the Customer First Team has the primary responsibility for insuring that every interaction between Eclipse and you meets the highest standard of care.
As we open our Authorized Service Centers across the US and overseas, we will be able to bring a higher level of service to you. Currently there are Platinum Service Centers located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Chicago, Illinois. We also have Gold Service Centers in Boca Raton, Florida and San Diego, California in the US, as well as international Gold Service Centers in The Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, and Brazil.
